Guo Quji, professor of the McKinsey Institute of Management Research, visited our company and gave a lecture in May 2. The lecture was target to the middle and senior management and excellent workers to improve their capability of optimizing teams, managing middle management and intensifying execution. At the end of the lecturer, participants all said that they have benefited a lot from the lecture and they would put what they have learned from the lecture into real management practices.
